Vocal Massage, also known as Laryngeal Therapy or Vocal Manual Therapy, aims to promote optimal vocal health and support the vocal rehabilitation process by utilising manual therapy techniques to release the muscles surrounding the larynx.
Regular treatments can detect early signs of vocal dysfunction and recalibrate your vocal mechanism to optimal condition, reducing the risk of vocal injury significantly.
Qualified and insured specialists such as Osteopaths, Physiotherapists, Speech and Language Therapists, and Massage Therapists can perform Vocal Massage.

During the initial consultation, we'll collaborate to determine what best suits your vocal needs. This process is important for understanding your vocal experiences and how we can provide optimal support through manual treatment.
In your session, you can anticipate learning 1-2 self-guided stretching or self-massage exercises to aid in your vocal maintenance following the in-person treatment.
**NOTE - Do not arrange a vocal massage session on the same day as a performance, if you have not previously had one. As you need to know how your body and voice responds to treatment.
